Botox

Injecting Botox to facial muscles resolves wrinkles by immobilizing the muscles that pull skin when contract to form different gestures. Botox (Botulinum toxin) is a neurotoxin protein that stops releasing neurotransmitter from axon ending at the junction of neuron and muscle. Usually in 3 days after injection the reduction in wrinkles is visible and in two weeks the maximum effect will be achieved that lasts for three to four months. Botox is effective removing wrinkles on forehead and around eye but should not be applied to every muscle otherwise the normal function of face such as smiling is not possible.
